Yoga session based on Yoga (hatha and yin) & Gong relaxation (planetary gongs).
1 time session 15€ or 4 times 45€.
Payment via invoice (after registration you will receive invoice), or Stebby.

In the yoga class, we will start with warm-up exercises, followed by a series of yoga postures, and end with a relaxation period. The postures are designed to stimulate the energy flow in the body and help release any blockages. The breathing techniques are used to help regulate the flow of energy and increase awareness. The meditation is used to help calm the mind and increase focus. We do active stretches and yoga for about 45-50 minutes and planetary gong relaxation for about 20-30 minutes depending on the nature of each session.
Please register to class by writing to info (at) mindfully.ee at least 1 day in advance (or ask as soon as possible, on the session day), if purchasing ticket via Stebby.
Session is in Estonian or English (depending on the participants).
