What If I Have To Leave Early?

If you find yourself needing to leave the yoga class early, here are some guidelines:

  1. Full Class Experience: While it’s generally recommended to stay for the entire class, we understand that sometimes situations arise. If you must leave early, try to do so before the final relaxation (savasana) phase. This way, you won’t disturb others who are deeply relaxing.
  2. Courtesy and Consideration: Leaving quietly and discreetly shows consideration for your fellow students and the instructor. We appreciate your mindfulness in this regard.
  3. Communication: If you know in advance that you’ll need to leave early, please inform the instructor beforehand. This allows them to make any necessary adjustments or modifications during the class.

Remember, yoga is about balance, both on and off the mat. 🙏✨

I was taken on a journey to Ireland accompanied by gong sounds, although I had never been there, but when I was blindfolded, I received such information. Also, I really liked your introduction, for music, I would just like instrumental as during the day I hear thousands of words, and then while relaxing, I just want to listen to the flow of music.

For me, the Gong relaxation was the best – how it moved the depths of the inner ones and I felt floating. Wow!

Taking time for yourself, focusing on exercises. I liked being neutral, without a religious addition. For me, everything was just very good. I liked the pace, too. Some yoga styles are too slow and stretchy, it certainly isn’t.
